Terms of Service

By using Marathon Talent’s services (“MTA”, “we”, “our”), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Services: We provide recruitment, Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS), and HR advisory solutions. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in each agreement.

  1. Client Duties: Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and comply with labor and tax laws when hiring candidates.

  1. Payment:Fees are stated in the agreement. Invoices are payable within the agreed timeline. Delays may suspend services.

  1. Warranty: If a hired candidate leaves during the warranty period, MTA will restart the search at no additional cost.

  1. Off-Limits: We will not approach employees from current clients or within six (6) months after a collaboration ends

  1. Confidentiality: All client information is treated as confidential and only disclosed with authorization

  1. Liability: MTA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

  1. Termination: Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these terms.

  1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by USA law.
